The first step in the process was to conduct a discovery session to gather information about the client’s business needs and goals. During this session, Technosids discussed the features and functionalities that Globalserve Distributors needed for their website to be successful.

Based on the discovery session, Technosids designed wireframes and created a prototype of the website. This allowed Globalserve Distributors to visualize the layout and functionality of the website before it was fully developed.

The website was designed with a clean and modern look to appeal to a wide range of customers. The homepage features a banner showcasing the company’s products, as well as a navigation menu that allows users to easily browse through the different product categories.

The main feature of the website is the inquiry basket, which allows users to add products to their inquiry list. This inquiry list functions like a shopping cart, but instead of checking out, users submit their inquiry to Globalserve Distributors to receive more information about the products or to place an order.

The inquiry process is streamlined to make it as easy as possible for the user. After a user adds a product to their inquiry list, they are prompted to provide their contact information, including their name, email, and phone number. They can then submit their inquiry directly from the website.

The website was developed using the latest web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. It was built on a custom content management system that allows Globalserve Distributors to easily update and manage their product inventory and inquiries.
